A friend showed me this modular tiny house, which might get the gears turning for some of you (us!) that are interested in the diminutive denizens of the STR world. It features stackable rooms, has the kitchen and bathroom...fully furnished $50,000. They feature a video at the link.

It is a great concept and for transparency I am an investor in Boxable. Boxable will make a huge impact in housing overall. I like the idea of using them for STRs as well. The biggest roadblock right now is availability. There is huge demand for their product, they have thousands on the waiting list along with significant contracts with the government and other large players. Looking forward to them ramping up their production.
