You will find more "deals" at the ends of coves, but that's also where the water is the lowest during dry periods.

One could just pull them up, dry them, and place them back.

I don't know if this will work, but I use one of the ear-drying solutions to remove band-aids from the skin with good success.

However, seems like deals are very dry, especially with property taxes eating up most cash flow.
