IMO, those listing agents will also be listing REO properties, so you will gain their confidence in being able to perform; that could lead to access to REO listings during the exclusive listing period.I don't think they are privy to any info on the HUD offers, at least not until the offer has been accepted - I could be wrong on this, since the HUD process has changed quite a bit over the last 12 months or so.
