Throughout the BPInsights: Expert Analysis articles (especially those breaking down the markets) I see a common reference to an area inside BPInsights where I can do my own market analysis. 

I do know that smart hire smarter people who are experts to maximize deductions and find legal loopholes. 

However, I want to make sure I mitigate as much risk as I can by working with an expert in moving rezoning documents thru  legislative bodies in Escambia county.
