My objective is to eventually get my RE license at some point with the sole purpose of buying and hold on future properties and/or wholesale/retail if specific properties doesn't fit my buying and hold criteria.Thanks in advance, BP is the best!!!!

I did buy 350 SFRs coming out of the recession but as stated landlording just is not my thing sold them all 4 years ago.. so just look for the next real estate shiny object.. but the real estate license and what I learned from 18 on and all the contacts I made being an agent through the years set up all my later business's and success's.. and of course there were failures along the way.. the 08 meltdown about killed us.. but now its in the rear view mirror

If I bought it, I would make friends with all the neighbors and let them know the house is getting a brand new beginning.....the past is the past and its an object, nit a person...... the house didn't kill anyone....

With the exception that I am a Appraiser as well so try to look objectively at the property to determine the value the appraiser might determine.
