OTOH I looked, pretty casually, at a restaurant/bar/night club in Delray Beach FL.  

We take 150-200 pictures of the property along with a full video prior to moving in.

With butt joints, you have to taper the mud from further away to hide the extra height.If you want to DIY it, check for videos on youtube.  

I believe in education and have purchased so many programs about RE Investing-Books, Tapes, Courses, Licenses, Seminars, Videos... and the best advice I think I ever received TO was find a local REIA!

Good Afternoon Everyone,I’m curious if there are by any chance any “Listsource” tutorials(Video maybe) out there that you all would recommend for a new wholesaler.I’m trying to just start off with a pretty simple list… I’m assuming from reading a million forums an “Absentee Owner” list would be a good place to start.I just need a little help with selecting criteria.Thank you
