Plug the lesser of those two numbers into the calculator plus what you are receiving for the other side and you can determine how the property is performing.

Algorithm based is when you plug numbers into a computer program and it generates the report.

I plugged it into the BP calculator but forgot all the numbers.

I would Plug in 5% for each of those.-$80 for insurance is pretty low.

In my experience, you don't go hunting for it, you attract it by being the guy or gal they want to lend to.See if you can find a local investor to partner with in some way to add value for them, and get plugged into their network.
