Live in one rent the other.
Good Evening,
I currently own a duplex and live in one and rent the other. I am trying to calculate how my rental unit is performing, but the rental property calculator seems to only work if the entire property is rented and has a loan on it. I would like to know if anyone has a formula that can work in order to find out the financial performance of the other unit alone.
