I never received rent late again, I even received it early on another occasion because the tenant told me he had something come up in his life.I would give them to the agreed upon time later today to pay the rent + the late fee.  

Occasion we will find a home that needs to be fixed.

The Marketwatch survey for 2009 Best cities for business ranked Columbus 19 just below Charlotte, NC I also did a quick blank search on Monster.com for jobs in Columbus and it came back with 2118 which is pretty good for the population in Columbus.That being said I fully agree that there are better cities out there that will cash flow better and I would focus my investments with the largest potential for ROI like anyone else.

I have on occasion pm'ed a colleague and asked them if they could reply to it which they graciously did, but for the most part I looked really hard around the net to find those answers instead of posting them here anymore.

Since I so frequently have to email you about a problem I am having with the site.When I click dashboard on my screen it just takes me to a blank white screen.

Less people around, less traffic, etc but more interest from the local constabulary on occasion.

I've actually been solicited by the banks on a few different occasions to assume the payments.

I don't know how anyone else feels but it sure is nice to talk to people who understand what you do instead of that blank look I get from my relatives.
