We probably have the lowest amount of 2 to 4 unit properties of any major metro area to begin with, and yeah probably I bet over a quarter of them that were built have already been converted to condos.

I shot back a response rather quickly with my suggestions, however Ive personally found them to be more lip service than action... although I was pretty adamant 6-8 weeks ago that they were missing the boat by not having this feature.No idea on their plans, and they dont seem to share lots on their site either.

Curious as to how the BP Community would analyze this property mixture....We're looking at a single property (3 standard lots) with multiple income-oppurtunites on site that had previously been reserved for family/friends, so there is not much of rental history to relate.

HOA board members are generally unable to separate the "insult" of having to carry their neighbor financially from pure business decisions.I think your best bet is to work your deal so that the HOA is paid off in full.
