A property near the Southeastern campus would attract travelers for long (corporate housing) and short term.

This is my first STR and am wondering what are the things that other with more experience have done that have made their STRs more attractive and allow a higher rent?  

Might even attract better quality tenants too, just a thought. 

Is there anything in Suisun City that would attract STR guests? 

He knows what markets I’m primarily interested in in our region and understands many of the things that attract me to a deal.

Non QM loans also covers other alternative income documentation, such as P&L, 3-24 month bank statements, etc.

But it's not nearly as attractive if the new purchase has to first cover the negative of the first property once refinanced.The exception to this would be if appreciation is running rampant. 

With the housing market currently going through the roof, I want to explore alternate investments. 

Alternatively, you can benefit from seller financing at better conditions.

The fact it attracts tenants with dogs where I get more rent as well as setting myself apart from other renters to lower vacancy makes it a no brainer for me.
