Short term rentals in Mexico

Hi all. New to bigger pockets, but not to investing. We're wanting to invest in short term rentals in the Riviera Maya area. Primarily interested in cash flow. Looking for existing inventory, not super interested in pre-developement. Advice? How does the lending work? Also would love to find some professionals who deal in that area to connect with. Thanks in advance.
