I'm just starting out as well but in this situation, I would probably see if anyone is offering seller financing on a multifamily property in which they would be nice enough to allow you to occupy one of the units.

That being said I'm ready to take action NOW, if there are any multi family investors, wholesalers both on BP or in the Delaware/Philadelphia area that are willing to work together or allow me to work under them i would be greatly appreciated.

I also believe in Iowa an attorney is allowed to small claims court.

The E-2 Investor Visa allows an individual to enter and work inside of the United States based on an investment he or she will be controlling, while inside the United States.

There have been a lot of pan-handlers claiming it as prime real estate.For whatever reason, this guy set up camp today.Maybe it is because he was once a pan-handler at the same spot and things have turned around for him or he may just have a thing against pan-handlers.I did not ask him, why but I shouted out to him if he would allow me to take the photo and he said "sure".

The property class I'll be focusing on is in the B range, which will allow me to see some cash flow with the opportunity for appreciation (certainly not speculating but at the same time, my focus is not to invest in homes that are strictly cash flow plays).

It has rural water and they are not allowing any new connections to sewer so what are my septic options?

Does getting the list allow you to scoop these before they are public?
