Eventually a few houses showed up part of a portfolio that were cheaper than my target price range but not in as a great of a school district.

If I am looking to do only wholesale deals at this time, my target area is hot right now...Why do I need a Dream Team assembled, I mean I know I need a buyers list, and to perhaps talk to a Title Co.

The property is not in my target area, and is out of the city, so still doing some research. 

Are these bad targets?

Take your time to acquire knowledge of your target market.

You may have to be a bit creative with financing depending on how far into the B-range you are looking at.Concerning your target areas: Tremont is already BOOMING.

I always like to target communication with the responsibilities as the follow up.
