Its a old Victorian home so lots of wood threw out the house.  

I especially, today, need guys that can redo wood floors.

It's 140 acres of mostly wooded rolling hills, two ponds (one spring fed), miles of trails, 1 Cabin  (1016 sqft, 2 Floors, 1 master bedroom loft, 1 bath), 1 Large 2 bay garage with carport, 450 sqft loft space with 1 bath and 3 queen size beds, in ground 20'x40' pool, 6 person hot tub and lake easement.

As I worked towards becoming a better agent I put investing on the back burner until I was ready to take it to the next level.I just took a 3 month road trip (living in the woods!) 

OC is my neck of the woods.

I removed the green carpet, painted all of the wood panel, removed the wall paper trimming around the ceiling, new counter tops and flooring.

As an example, I have a much older house, wood frame, built in the 80's, 1000SF, and they quoted me almost $1800 a year for insurance.
