Flipping IS investing as investing is defined as putting money into something and expecting a return on it.

A residential or commercial loan can be used for nearly any property type depending on the circumstances, so it may simply be that this particular lender has a different criteria for defining their commercial loan products than other lenders.

Define the reality that you want.I would add that you should start building relationships with major deal sources - brokers, owners, and influential third-parties.
