Buying Real Estate before recession hits

Pappy Mason
Posted

Quick question so everyone is talking about waiting to buy real estate(since its technically in a bubble and the recession is coming); but what I'm realizing is its very hard to get a loan during a recession except for people who are extremely rich and have lots of cash in hand. So is it actually better to start looking at properties and investing in now? Because it seems to me that literally housing prices would have to dip below 60-80% for most people to afford investing in property.

Dont try to convince yourself you are Nostradamus.  No one here is. Buy real estate today, buy it tomorrow, but it next year, but it 5 years from.  Buy it regardless of market conditions.
