If you think some random home in some random city is going to out earn an index fund or Apple or Goog stock ...think again as one was 100% designed to be lived in and the other was 100% designed for investors returns.

I watched the BP webinar yesterday and they said I should create a deal funnel.

My wife is a huge People's Court fan and one of the things she has learned through the years of watching is always at least take pictures but video with descriptions are always better.As soon as we pulled in the driveway she started recording video and I started taking pictures.

Everything I've watched and read talks about how awesome it is to do but doesn't really dive any deeper into the subject matter.

But the basics are you want to compare apples with apples.

I pay for a job done right, granted I don't often pay retail, but I don't watch any ones hours either.
