Maybe if you had claimed to sell those for 65 or even 70K, red flags, rockets with red glare, sirens and my BS Meter would not have gone off leading me to my comment about the "program"......and aren't you teaching some system for a fee (?)

This is the reason why real estate in American has been on sale to the entire world in the recent years.

This is already evident by the massive amounts of money being raised by the likes of Blackstone, American Realty Capital, Cole, etc.
