BP is such a tremendous resource between the networking, education, webinars and forms. 

If you are-Not pounding the phones calling sellers daily-Not reaching out to peers daily for insight and connection-Not educating yourself through webinars, books, and commentary regularly-Not attending conferences where you learn industry trades and secrets

I have been a free member for about 3 years and being bedridden has allowed much time to learn and this site, YouTube, and all the free webinars off of my email have provided me with about all I needed. 

Watched a webinar about the BRRRR strategy and knew that thats what I wanted to do so I joined and now am looking forward to learning and meeting people who have been doing this for a long time

I had the opportunity to buy it the Unlimited Access for $1497 (plus an additional monthly fee after a few months) from Connected Investors' webinar but I couldn't do it until I hear more reviews. 

Can you or anyone recommend any webinars or podcasts that are up-to-date for opportunity zone investments?

I have been absorbing as much information from the BP books, podcasts and the webinars to try and prepare for this adventure.
