He also did the property record work, looking for older and out of town buyers, people most apt to want out...Don't want to steal the thunder from that book, but I like his scripts that he was able to turn into profitable owner financed deals....a good example of how you often have to make these types of deals happen, create them, rather than click an online link, or call a realtor...

i too looked into those (via https://www.sunsetranches.com). unless you can live without water, avoid like the plague... everyone else is.if there's some way to affordably bring water to that area, then it's a fantastic steal.you could catch some snakes, horney toads, desert hares and sell them as exotic pets.although the best use would be as a solar power farm.
