lolUs investors would throw the book right back the irs if there weren’t enough benefits for us to learn it.Lawyers specialize in it, crazy level.It's a phrase that my old boss used when I was with my large public firm that stuck with me.

Once you get a great lead throw it on BP and see what the feedback is.

We do feel like we are throwing money away helping her with rent when we could be putting it towards an investment property instead, but there is always the fear of pulling the trigger on the first home that isn't your primary. 

You could always sue the contractor, but without an insurance carrier picking up coverage you are throwing good money after bad. 

This is how Wall Street brainwashes us to constantly throw money into a 401k instead of investing in income producing real assets.

Any little miss wording or failure on dates can throw a 1031 out or create taxes.  

IMHO the leads are throwing a hail mary for investors and seeing what they get back.

What I'm saying is, throw a little sweetener into the coffee.You also say there is some sort of signage issue from a neighboring property.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.
