I am on the outskirts of Raleigh looking to get more into Foreclosure's for investments and wondering if anyone know where to find the list of Lis Pendens for Wayne, Johnston, Wake and other surround counties.

30A and the surrounding NWFL areas are generally strong STR markets.

Western NY could include Rochester and Buffalo and all the smaller markets surrounding those areas.

@James FullenOf course being near hospitals in Denver or the surrounding 'burbs is a good place to be for attracting medical professionals, but I don't think it's a requisite.

Look at the topography and terrain to determine how.Evaluate fundamental infrastructure and service availability, as well as expose examples like wetlands and flood zones, protected lands, hazardous chemicals etc.
