.) • Multi-unit would only support a %, so a quad would 25% and prorated over all years of ownership....witteling advantage to not worth the effort. • Single unit properties get pro-rated.

Regular tenants may have more of a support system when they have bad financial luck.

You can do any strategy you want personally so long as the market data supports a 1:1 under STR, MTR, or LTR income strategies.

I also assist folks (largely OOS investors) get started in the market there.I'm happy to connect, chat about the market, and send you a ton of resources.The city has been seeing a huge resurgence that goes back 10+ years now.

In fact, you insisted that house was turnkey and that your "preferred" management company was suggesting unnecessary repairs (I did walk the house in person and they were 100% necessary).And yes, you did walk the property on a video chat with me, but what I found working with you is that I have to ask A LOT of questions because you are not forthcoming.

It did not start this way, in 2017 through 2020(right before Covid) I worked 12 hour days, minimum, but I had the support I needed and knew to balance certain things. 2020-2021 I worked more, I would say. 2022 systems were put in place; this is where most wealthy will fail to become ultra wealthy and you'll  see the horrible climb & never  the view.

Are we just making assumptions because of the absence of the word original or do we have a source that supports your view it is based on the final list price?
