Any hints ideas or things you wish you did better.

Not mirror smooth or anything, but nice and even with just a hint of texture.

Anyway I posted my question on doityourself dot com.Long story short, within an hour I had several resonses including one that reprinted a magazine article with easy hints on how to tap into lines and all the recommended specs.Too bad I'm in rehearsal for a play or I'd volunteer to come up and do your plumbing if you'd come down and do some painting for me!

I am in with Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Wachovia and Ocwen and give people hints on getting in with these banks if they will reciprocate the favor.Sheri in the Inland Empire, CAlifornia

:oops: There's still a fire in me to get into investing into real estate, and with a few minor changes to my mind set I belive I'm ready to step up to a career to get some good hard money saved ( And hopefully have some fun and learn some lessons along the way ).I wanted to know in a nut shell what types of careers there are in real estate and what perhaps would be a recommendation for a 20 year old with no experience.I was thinking perhaps starting as a real estate receptionist ( one with VERY good ears, hint hint ) to break into the career and eventually the market.

So I'd focus first on selecting an area then on finding the right people in that area.You also hint you're going to use this property yourself.

(hint: risk vs reward)  Is a house in California really worth 10x what a house is worth in Ohio?
