the scammers if you think about it have a HUGE market to work.especially BP... you have a ton of beginners who don't realize there is no loan out there for folks with limited to no experience and no cash.. and certainly NOT at bank rates or below.it just stuns me the amount of people that will fall for these SO CALLED private lenders... if you can't borrow money from your local HML  or someone you know.. you certainly not going to find it 3 states away with a wanna be.. lender.

Klamath Falls, down the road a piece, has the same, unenviable reputation...despite the fact that, geographically, both towns have STUNNING scenery and outdoor appeal.  

Yeah I am about as far away from modern design as you can get.I love traditional kitchens with warm earth tones and lot's of styling.Modernism evokes to me bore dome, stale, lifeless, hard, etc.I am more of a creative type person.

All with an average time on market of something like 20-30 days, with the longest being 60.But what good did it do me?

If you mail out 18,000 pieces once a month for 6 months, I'd be stunned if you didn't land multiple deals.
