I pretty much exclusively sell 2-4 units and sell a good chunk of my listings before they even hit the MLS by sending them out to my internal investor mailing list and posting pre-market deals on social media where I have many investor contacts.

I have told him that I will share my experience on social media if he doesn't finish by today but we still have quite a bit left to do.

I have searched for him on all the social media platforms and there just really isn't much. 

I'd love to connect with some other investors and entrepreneurs!
