The fastest legal way is likely to pay them to leave (only pay after they are out and if they left it in good condition). 

It seems like the entire investing community is looking for the same which makes it very hard to find good deals (especially after COVID).

What if I like a banker but another bank is offering better terms on the first couple deals?
