Hello! My name is Mindi and I am a REI rookie. My husband and I are ready to start wholesaling and fixing 'n' flipping in Washington state! Sights are set on all types of REI, but this will be a great start for us.

I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. Currently I am a loan originator, but most of my career has been spent as a mortgage loan processor. My husband is a licensed general contractor with experience in building semi-custom homes, finish carpentry, kitchen & bath design, cabinet installation, and much more. We live in central WA less than an hour from tourist towns of Leavenworth and Chelan.

I'd like to connect with private money and hard money lenders, and wholesale investors. Honestly, anyone I can learn from is who I'd like to connect with.
