Well recieve the full report tommorow, but the major issues found were- water puddles in yard-waterproofing/basement company needed- patch work plus shingle job on roof (we have a family member to do the roof at a good price) - water and some mold in crawl space and some rotted wood on foundation - foundation issues: put on wood instead of cement He gave us a rough estimate of about 25-30k.

They removed the continuity of obligation guideline a few weeks ago and my underwriting dept just recieved confirmation that this is what they meant when they removed this guideline.

I find typically we recieve what we give ... with this kind bad advise and attitude I suspect thats what you get back from realtors We have bought and sold a few hundred houses in the past five years, 45 last year, we bought 17 since Janurary of this year all through realtors who take care of us, and we take care of them.
