Reference request for a RMLO and third party payment firm in DFW

Hi gang - I just purchased a package of properties and two of them are strong owner finance candidates.  I have never done owner finance. I need a reference for a Texas (I'm in the DFW Metroplex) Registered Mortgage Loan Originator and a thrid party firm to recieve and process payments, including tax and insurance escrow.  

Not looking to do this myself as I want to avoid all the hassels of Dodd-Frank.
