So this is an option of last resort but I should not be stupid about the revenue (but I may choose to keep it 30+ furnished rental even if it is financially a stupid decision and I do not need any rent for this unit but having such a valuable asset sitting empty is against my REI mindset).in summary, I do not know what we will do with the unit.

Looks like rates are between 6% and 10%.LOLLike others have said, it depends on how the loan is structured-DSCR, full doc, bank statements etc...Of course, credit and loan to value are big players in the rate as well.Stephanie
