As a realtor/investor, I work with a lot of new investors, and these are the most common pitfalls I come across.

It seems like I would be the one taking all of the risk so I am trying to make sure to avoid all the potential pitfalls. 

If I decide to keep (BRRR) the unit that I have under contract, rather than flip it, are there any particular pitfalls I need to be mindful of, owning a unit in a condo complex that has a single majority owner like this? 

I would like t know if there are any pitfalls in investing in such a property.
