I am still a newbie real estate investor located in Minneapolis, but I have been perusing some other out of state markets with larger cash flow margins.

I usually look peruse the neighborhood on zillow for current rentals, and you can also check rentometer.com and I think BP has a rental estimator, too.

Hello , I am Alvin Charles ,a 20 year old from Uganda and I currently live in China perusing a bachelor in architecture.  

Would be buyers would peruse the site like realtor.com or zillow by putting in their criteria. 

I have already perused the free engines too without luck.

I would also say peruse those FSBO listings too and ask them directly about owner finance terms, especially if they have a property that has been on the market for a while.

From my research I think my options are: 1) Upgrade to Quickbooks Enterprise with hosting ($130 per month), 2) Subscribe to an Intuit approved cloud hosting service to store the working QB file (seems about $65 per user per month), 3) setup a server within the office and connect all computers (not sure of cost but I imagine would require IT professional for setup and purchase of server), 4) continue storing working files in DropBox and risk file corruption.  

I am 20 years old and interested in perusing a career in real estate.
