Do I persue a Home Appraisal or a Real Estate License First?

I am 20 years old and interested in perusing a career in real estate. I recently discovered Home Appraisal and was hoping to receive some information on the Pros and Cons of going after an Appraisal Certification Before a real estate license. Or if it would be more beneficial to do it at the same time. I’m taking the semester off of school to really figure out which is the best route for me. Thank you!
