The market has become more competitive within the perimeter and surrounding suburbs but has also provided opportunities in tertiary markets like Dawsonville. 

I live in the northern suburbs so I'm unfamiliar with the city, but thinking that better opportunities would be available within the perimeter as opposed to outside the perimeter. 

It has its own office, laundry facilities, BBQ grills around the perimeter, etc.

it most likely won't cost over 5,000,,,,,but it depends on the condition and structure ie, does it have a mansard wall perimeter ?

The perimeter, or inside (ITP) 285 is different.

Inside the perimeter is saturated however there are pockets that are appreciating. 

I had a structural engineer come out as well and walk the perimeter of the house and nothing was concerning to him from that perspective.I noticed a portion of the crack has been covered/smeared with concrete.

This came AFTER we had finished doing a foundation waterproofing around the perimeter of the house!
