Expanding Our Atlanta BRRRR Network

Hi everyone,

My wife and I are investors in the metro Atlanta area. We're beginning to analyze properties to BRRRR and are getting ready to put in offers. We're looking to meet and team up with others in the area including:

1. General Contractors - looking for contractors who work with investors and have experience with updating properties to be ready to rent
2. Property Managers - we want to hire a property management company to run our rentals.  We'd love to speak with property managers who are also real estate investors 
3. Real Estate Agents - we've started to reach out to agents we've found here on BiggerPockets but are always looking to expand our network

If you are, or have worked with, any of the following above please let us know!  We have only recently signed up on BiggerPockets and realized that there is a wonderful real estate investment community here in Atlanta.  Looking forward to meeting some local BPers.
