I've heard some rumors of Airdna skewing data a bit (I've heard this first hand and read online.)

I recommend doing your research and looking at properties online. 

I as a lender as part of settlement had our servicer unwind some negative reporting.As a sidenote I saw a post online somewhere else where someone who had an owner occupied home for several years relocated for work and teh servicer sent a letter telling them they are not in compliance with their loan because it must be owner occupied for the entirety of the loan even though the loan docs say one year....Again, servicer overstepping their bounds

It is a matter of time for Grocapitus to get fined or get shut down. or He may rebrand once more or try to hide behind someone else. he does not do the underwriting, just the power point.

They outsource their credit repair program to a third party vendor who has very minium knowledge on the matter of credit repair.

Louis, Memphis, and Birmingham offer a good balance of affordability and rental demand, while online platforms, auctions, and networking with local agents can help you find undervalued properties.

However, if all they offer is general info, I think you can find most of it yourself in Bigger Pockets and other online sources.
