The second page is a page for the doctor or professional stating what the tenant is requesting and giving them a little info as to why we the landlord are asking for it. the 3rd page is the ASR with simple yes-no questions. the 4th page is the approval or denial with what information was considered as well as contact information if you want to allow the 2nd review if a larger company.  

I just feel like you’d be way better off joining one of the larger multifamily networks that has actual resources and successful students.I really truly believe that Ryan and Tyler started off with good intentions, but I feel they saw how much money they can make off of tuition and have made a ton of promises that they haven’t kept.

Hoping to go down one of two paths:1- Buy a condo or small single family home and build equity and create value with my maintenance/construction background.2- Find a cash provider to do this on a larger scale with a 3-5 unit building. 

Should I go through with taking ownership of the property and try to salvage it for profit or do I refrain from even involving myself in the situation as it may cost more than it's worth to save it?

In construction, there is only so much you can do to reduce your margins while staying profitable.

Would you buy a property where you have to give half the profits away for life? 

I assume because the profit wasn’t that good and hard to get loans.

When the time came to sell, I anticipated a solid profit from the deal.

There is a catch - the couple wants to 1031 the funds into their sons next larger project which is TBD.

Sold it for a profit fairly quickly.
