I would have thought there would be at least some people who wanted to isolate more but I haven't heard anything like that. 

We also have a few semi-rural locations that cash flow nicely & are always full because it's quiet, has low crime stats & now the isolation from hoards of people.

There are many posts on this.Meanwhile, many investors just hold Title in their personal names, keep the property is good repair, and carry an umbrella insurance policy.The LLC is really for liability protection/isolation. 

Hose bib torn out and replaced, was not working previously, at some point the isolation valve in the wall was drywalled over. 

@Scott Harper  The Midland / Odessa area is very isolated from the rest of the Texas market. 

If you're not looking to get rid of them , ask yourself this - are you looking to live in a happy community, or are you looking to have a tenant that isolates you from everyone else?
