I am hearing that it is a good idea to setup an LLC for Real Estate Investing. Does BP has tools for creating or should one go to an attorney and/or CPA to create?

    You should definitely speak with an attorney and CPA about this one.  BP is not a tax or legal advice company and your individual goals, assets, and location will play a LOT into the wisdom of any legal structuring.
