- that brings up a list of all people who posted in the thread, and you scroll along and pick the person you want.Another way is to again use the "at" symbol @ followed by the first few (I think at least three) characters of the user's name; this can also allow you to tag colleagues to participate in a topic.

I would like to get a fairly accurate figures for my modelThanks much Hi Marinta,For a 2 BR unit at Beach Villas @ Ko'olina, here are some expenses:Monthly AOAO Dues:  Approximately $2200/mo and it includes:  Cable TV, Internet Service, Other Common Expenses, Sewer, WaterElectricity:  Varies but I'd estimate $200-$300/mo.Property taxes:  Around $2k/moCleaning:  Around $200 per cleanMaintenance - minimal as units are very well maintained.  
Grant Cox Underwriter keeps finding issues day of closing

Now today on the 20th at 130pm with a close tike of 3 pm, the underwriter decides that they don't like that because I'm so young and so fat have only been an authorized user on a credit card (having been renting and paying for utilities for a year though) and haven't been making the payments, that now I would need to have a cosigner (which doesn't really work since everyone I know have too many write offs) so now I'm in limbo while I wait to see if there's any other solutions.
