It looks like about $1,700 in granite and you could get a new fabricated laminate counter for $700 - I like basalt gray.

There's a gray area between giving in to their neglect by overpaying, or missing out on something that could sell fast as soon as the weather turns and people start thinking about being outdoors again.

We found a frog in one of the water meters ,so the line is getting gray, not sure if we are working or having fun.  

It appears to be more cheerful than gray.

I will say however, there are wholesalers who are NOT doing the right thing, and are playing in the "gray area" of legality.  

@Hammad Arif Sticking to neutral colors like beige, cream and gray would be best like @Marlen Weber mentioned.

White paint goes a long way, modern colors like gray on the exterior of your house with accents of white colors will transform the appearance.

I came back a few hours later and once again the white blinds had turned gray and splotchy.
