Be it yellow letters, custom postcards, etc. it seems that this tactic of REI marketing is alive and fruitful here in CO.

People in those markets know what saves water already and have implemented the low hanging fruit.

I personally would rather be an investor/landlord willing to help than not to, as I have found the ethical approach to what my parents always told me growing up to "always treat others as you'd like to be treated" to be very fruitful in this game of life (and real estate) we all play.

Please if anyone can suggest investor friendly real estate agents I would greatly appreciate it.I am primarily looking for agents that doesn't mind sending me the comps for properties that I am interested that fits my criteria.

So the fruits of that is that I can live in a $1.5 mil home with a low mortgage payment and property tax bill (thanks again prop 13 :)With prime real estate your income flow is much more secure.

If your goal with buying subject to is to buy something at a deep discount pre-foreclosure, and not because you have no ability to get a loan of your own, seems like it could still be a fruitful strategy?
