We didn't start using QB because PW only allows you to export data to it, which kind of defeats the purpose IMO.

Instead, we export raw data from the MLS and use our software to generate statistical and other information....Eric

If the tenants have any issues we are always happy to assist by chat/email/phone though.Once we get done with our current projects we will be working on an invoice/payment request option and our service already offers the ability to export transactions to import into Quickbooks.  

You can see your performance by running actual vs budget P&L for the items you already sold, for the ongoing projects, you can export the progress and put it in excel to compare it with your estimate.
