Hosts do anything to ensure a 5-star, to include lying about the guest just to coax a positive review out of them.Hotels don't look at reviews and they do just fine.The people you are talking about are the same ones that will eat most of a steak dinner, then demand a refund because it was under-cooked.

Since I'm in Arizona and I see this problem (illegals) a lot (by the way we boarder Mexico in case you don't have a globe) and we as a family go see the band the "Merry Achies" at holidays and eat tacos and tortillas, and see Indian hoop dancing, and basket weaving, it isn't about the food or music.

But tell them: "if you are not successful, just do more of what you already have been doing (what doesn't work), stay consistent and they eat that s&(t up!!
