Somebody else opened up a place but we haven't given up on the idea but in the mean time I would like to get experience in getting property and the tax implementations of owning and running a business.I did learn that having an email with the domain name of your company name makes your emails less likely to be ignored.

I would also suggest they see an attorney to make certain they understand their options {this arrangement could be viewed as predatory under things like Dodd-Frank and SAFE ... this is @Bill Gulleys domain}.

PS Google is working on cleaning out my domain name now and it should be up and running withing 6 weeks...

At best, we could envision some dystopian future wherein mostly abandoned neighborhoods in places like Detroit are reclaimed en masse, ownership rights of the natives disregarded (queue claims of Eminent Domain), and then the area is opened up for re-enclosure, but I see that as unlikely because (I like to think, at least) we're done with the whole "rights of the natives disregarded" thing.This wikipedia article focuses on enclosure in what we now know as the UK, but the phenomenon happened at some point in the history of most countries. 

I found a local company with a wordpress expert and I already had the domain and hosting setup.

I am new into the real estate domain and would like to connect with others who are also interested in real estate.

Months later I purchased my domain name and created my website and started putting together a file of important notes about where and how to find buyers and sellers and calculators on how to come up with my numbers.

Hello @Perri Kallergis i actually just did that last week here in Houston Texas, we worked with a CPA to set up the LLC. really decent deal from there we set up an account BBVA Compass bank. i have purchased the domain name, and currently working on the website. the whole thing has been really smooth so far. good luck with your next steps. 

My understanding was also that I need to buy the domain, build the site, and pay for hosting.
