I only run at night cause it's really draining in the day time and plus I get to look at the stars when I'm feeling the runner high which is cool.

They can bill back the tenant if the switch is not complete at start of lease, but you and I both already agreed the same day time frame is unreasonable for new service. and I've never argued he didn't have choices, you're 100% right.
