There's another recent thread about Christmas gifts, general concensus is don't do it, for various reasons.I can support either side, but I think that just showing human compassion with words can go a long way and the gift part probably isn't necessary.I think it's sad that gestures of good faith can be misinterpreted, but that is the age we live in, so better to be safe and blameless rather than giving and vulnerable.

Compassion goes a long way, and savy/ successful investors are buying in any market climate as long as the numbers jive.

NO place for compassion at this point in time concentrate on damage control.

Year after that they purchase Compass Brokerage LOL and put every realtor there with 1.5% commision at max or offering ala-carte service.
