I worked for a property mgmt company that used one for water, was pretty seamless.

The house didn't have ugly brick but it just kind of blended in with its surroundings.  

Since they are paying for it I gave applicants the option of using smartmove for the credit and background check as cozy's check is more expensive but some still did it through cozy because it was seamless when filling out the application.

So I can't tell if it was complete bad management, a some what weak market in the area, or a blend of both.By the way, I see that you are a lender.

The areas being touted now as B- to C areas are trash D to F areas I would never touch no matter the price.You can buy a lower cap and with reduction in expenses, rent increases, etc. push blended cap rate over time higher but you have to really feel confident about the quality of the area and metrics.

They always make the closing process as seamless as possible and have assisted me in getting to the finish line each time.  

We first put a waterproof/bugproof one on ("maximum"), then cover this with a breathable one (cotton or cotton blend), then top it with the regular pillow case.

I like the seamless look of having the same flooring in the bedrooms & living area.  

That way, once you find a deal where the numbers work, you'll already have a buyer in place to make a seamless transaction.

They're a blended family and have another rental themselves, but it's not in the right location...and sold the other spouse's house when they got married.
